Johnny Cash's Letter To Wife June Voted Greatest Love Letter Of All Time

A touching love letter from the late Johnny Cash to his wife, June, was voted in a recent poll the greatest love letter of all time.
Cash wrote the heartfelt note on June’s 65th birthday in 1994, referring to his wife as “the greatest woman I ever met.”
“We get old and get used to each other,” the legendary musician wrote. "We think alike. We read each others [sic] minds. We know what the other wants without asking. Sometimes we irritate each other a little bit. Maybe sometimes we take each other for granted.
“But once in a while, like today, I meditate on it and realize how lucky I am to share my life with the greatest woman I ever met.
“You still fascinate and inspire me,” Cash
continued. “You influence me for the better. You're the object of my desire, the #1 Earthly reason for my existence. I love you very much.”
The country music icon's letter was one of 10 love letters voted by Brits as the greatest of all time, with Winston Churchill’s message to his wife coming in second.
“My darling Clemmie,” Churchill wrote, "in your letter from Madras you wrote some words very dear to me, about having enriched your life. I cannot tell you what pleasure this gave me, because I always
feel so overwhelmingly in your debt, if there can be accounts in love."
Other beautiful letters from the top 10 list included messages from Ernest Hemmingway, Richard Burton to Elizabeth Taylor, and Beethoven to his
partner, whose identity remains unknown.

Cultists kill mate at girlfriend's birthday party in Ondo Bolaji, a 21-year-old student in Ondo, headquarters of Ondo West Local Government Area of Ondo State met his end when he least expected.
