Though a Polytechnic graduate, Eddie found himself working with a computer institute.
Under-employment was an under-statement, as he only earned 10,000 naira as his monthly stipend.
He was not getting any younger, with so much need to settle down as a man, he became an ardent church woshipper.
Eddie needed a miracle so badly, and so fast too.

Pastor Kola would always give them a prayer point;
"Oh God, Re-direct my footstep to my destiny".
Eddie never joked with this prayer point.
If only God will just re-direct his footsteps towards a bigger job.
Eddie was optimistic.

It was another monday morning when Eddie reported to work in order to start up another computer lecture for his new students, suddenly his boss, Mrs Kike, who was downstairs inside her car asked for a staff to call Eddie for her.
Bewildered, Eddie rushed downstairs to see "madam" only to be tongue-lashed by Mrs Kike for failing to hear his name all the while she was calling.
Eddie, trying explain to his boss that he never heard her call instead received further tongue lashing from the bitter woman, but Eddie couldn't endure it anymore.
He shouted at the woman for talking to him like a maid and refusing to hear him out.
The whole staff were all shocked to hear Eddie raise his voice for the first time in that office.

The day ended with Eddie getting a sack letter.
After being adviced, he promptly went to apologise to the woman, but her mind was made up.
Eddie was finally jobless.

Depressed and downcast, Eddie attempted suicide a few times, but his poor mum was always on hand to rescue him.
Life became meaningless for the young lad, but not for long.

Walking down the road from a morning fellowship one morning, he met a man with a flat tire.
The man begged him to help him loosen the tire and replace it with his spare, since he was on white attire and couldn't just try.
Eddie obliged and it went smooth with the man's directive since he was more experienced.
After that, he offered to offer Eddie a lift where he asked him about himself.
The discussion was swift until Eddie got to where he would alight.
This was when he told the man that he studied Computer science.
This shocked the man who promptly told him that he was about declaring vacancy in his computer company in search of a computer scientist.
He quickly gave Eddie his complimentary card so they can meet up and see how it goes.

The next few days, Eddie was offered the job at the man's computer-ware supply company with an official car.
Wow, God can work in many mysterious ways.
He has indeed, re-directed this youngman's ways to his destiny.
Eddie was off for his first assignment.

FloraLove Computers was to receive a delivery of computers and wares from the company.
Their truck had arrived, but they can't yet take delivery of the stock until the supply manager, Eddie, arrives.
They all waited and waited until finally, the Supply manager's official car arrived with the driver on the wheel.
Finally, the manager, after having his door opened for him by his driver, came out to meet the owner of FloraComputers for the sales to be finalized.

"Good morning, Madam"
Says Eddie as he stretches his hand to shake his former boss, Mrs. Kike who stood there shocked and astounded.
